Rubber technology
Luoshi Mixing Center is a five-story building with a construction area of more than 15,000 square meters. It has the most advanced mixing rubber production line in China, specializing in the mixing and molding of natural rubber, butadiene rubber, ethylene propylene rubber and chloroprene rubber. The center has three planned production lines. The first phase project has two lines, 110L and 190E, and the second phase project has a 270 rubber mixing line, with an annual output of more than 10,000 tons. The center has realized automated production, with error prevention and correction functions and barcode full-process traceability control. The center is a model intelligent workshop in Haian City. Through strict quality control and inspection, it ensures stable rubber quality, improves quality and market competitiveness.
