Introduction to the testing center
Luoshi Testing Center was established in 1997. The center has functional departments such as the comprehensive management department, the elastic mechanics performance laboratory, the metal material analysis room, the precision dimension measurement room, and the elastomer and rubber physical and chemical laboratory.
The center covers an area of 1500 square meters and has major equipment such as rubber thickness gauge, electronic tensile testing machine, rubber rebound testing machine, rubber hardness tester, solvent box, aging testing box, ozone resistance testing machine, 1000Hz high-frequency dynamic stiffness testing machine, dynamic fatigue testing machine, three-channel electro-hydraulic servo testing system, tensile/compression creep testing machine, three-coordinate measuring instrument, digital projector, X-ray flaw detection analysis system, spark emission spectrometer and other various professional advanced domestic and foreign testing equipment.
The center has a sound set of rules and regulations and a perfect management system. In 2011, it passed the national laboratory certification of ISO/IEC 17025:2005 "Requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories".
