Introduction to Testing Center
Luoshi Testing Center was established in 1997. The Center consists of such functional departments as the General Management Department, the Laboratory of Elasticity and Physical Properties, the Metal Material Analysis Room, the Precision Dimension Measurement Room, and the Elastomer and Rubber Physical Chemistry Laboratory.
The building area of the center is 1500 square meters, and the main equipment includes: rubber thickness gauge, electronic tensile tester, rubber resilience tester, rubber hardness tester, solvent box, aging test box, ozone resistance tester, 1000Hz high-frequency dynamic stiffness tester, dynamic fatigue tester, three channel electro-hydraulic servo test system, tensile/compression creep tester, three coordinate measuring instrument, digital projector, X-ray flaw detection analysis system Electric spark spectrometer and other professional advanced testing equipment at home and abroad.
The Center has sound rules and regulations and a sound management system. In 2011, it passed the national laboratory certification of ISO/IEC 17025:2005 Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories.
