I was lucky to join the production workshop in March 2019 as workshop statistics. The working life in the office has become warm and full with the careful guidance of leaders and the warm help and support of colleagues. In my past work, I closely focused on the central task of workshop statistics, and was conscientious and responsible according to the work arrangement of the leaders. Finally, I lived up to the expectations of the public and ended my own work and all the work assigned by the leaders. At the same time, my goal has always been to study hard, strengthen exercise, improve myself in an all-round way, and complete my daily work excellently. 1： Ideological and ethical, moral cultivation and professional ethics
In the past few months of work, I have been conscientiously abiding by the company's discipline, and I have been on duty on time, never being late or leaving early; Stick to the post and complete the task of the day on time without delay; According to the work needs, the working hours shall be appropriately extended without consideration of the gains and losses.
2： Daily work
My job position is workshop statistics, mainly responsible for statistics and reporting the daily production of the workshop. In the past year, by sorting and analyzing the quality records every day, we can basically report various production data to the superior leaders in a timely manner. The end of each month and the beginning of the next month are the most unexpected: inventory, attendance summary, employee salary accounting, and the demand plan for raw materials and auxiliary materials for the next month should be made to ensure the normal operation of production. Even in such a busy situation, I also strictly require myself to ensure that the inventory data is accurate, always make a good work plan, complete it in time, actively cooperate with each department, and fulfill their responsibilities.
3、 Cost
It has always been followed and advocated by the production department to increase revenue and reduce expenditure, reduce costs and increase efficiency. It is a long-term and arduous task to collect all kinds of production data to calculate production costs. It needs to be carefully sorted, classified and meticulously checked at ordinary times. Through cost accounting and monitoring, we can more clearly understand which aspects to start with and control the cost, so as to make the data transparent, and achieve the maximum benefit through careful management from top to bottom of the workshop.
In order to strengthen the prevention and control of novel coronavirus, the company implements the policy of "safety first, prevention first", maintains the normal production order, and ensures the health and life safety of all employees and their families. The company organized a temperature measurement team at the first time. This simple but extremely important work reflects the responsibility of the team and individuals, The health of colleagues in the workshop is crucial to both individuals and the whole team. Especially during the period of epidemic prevention and control and resumption of production, it is of great significance to effectively prevent the occurrence of the novel coronavirus epidemic and properly resolve the hidden dangers of the epidemic. I am honored to be a member of this team.
Statistics is not simply recording data, it is an important supplement to enterprise management. Statistics can find problems in management and production in advance, and report to the superior in a timely manner; It can also convey production information and facilitate production decision-making. Therefore, the statistical department acts as a hub to enable important decisions and information to be transmitted in a timely manner. In addition, the statistical work can also control the production from the quantity, control the cost, and maximize the enterprise benefits.
To do a good job in statistics is a challenge for me, and I will take up this important work with my own efforts. Although we have made some achievements in our work, we need to improve our own shortcomings,
For example, although the workshop related documents, production record documents, and workshop administrative documents have been classified and stored, the classification is not detailed enough. It is difficult to find them accurately, and the efficiency needs to be improved. The understanding of the enterprise's product structure and process flow is not thorough enough and needs to be strengthened. Lack of breakthrough and innovation in work and limited thinking. Not sensitive to changes in circumstances. All of these are in urgent need of strengthening their own learning and improving their professional level, so as to be more competent for the job.
In work, we should insist on being positive, initiative, conscientious and responsible. No matter what position we are in, we need to be able to adjust our status in a timely manner, ensure that we have sufficient energy to work, carefully do every step, strive to do everything in place, do well, and welcome mass production at any time. Correct attitude, consult colleagues or leaders with rich experience who do not know what to do. Take the opinions, suggestions and even criticisms put forward by comrades with an open mind, think carefully and make improvements.
