On January 29, 2023 (the eighth day of the first lunar month), Luo's Group sounded the horn for the start of work and held a grand opening ceremony. In 2022, faced with multiple unfavorable factors such as global inflation, exchange rate fluctuations caused by the Russia-Ukraine conflict, automobile chip shortages, the serious impact of the epidemic, the continuous decline in sales of traditional automakers, and an unclear economic outlook, the relationship between parts and components became increasingly tense. Faced with internal and external challenges in the industry market, our management and dear employees must stand together on the interests of the company and unite against external challenges. In 2022, with everyone's concerted efforts, we successfully achieved the company's annual sales target, which is the result of everyone's collective contribution of intelligence and effort. All Luo's people have striven for excellence and forged ahead courageously. Under the leadership of General Manager Luo Qiang and Executive Vice President Wang Fuzhe, we successfully completed the company's annual sales target, with per capita output value and per capita sales showing significant year-on-year growth; the ability to control internal and external quality and costs has also been further improved; these achievements are the result of the joint efforts of all Luo's people! While achieving these results, we must also clearly see our own shortcomings and gaps. We must dare to face our shortcomings, dare to innovate, learn from each other's strengths, and forge ahead!

In 2023, adhering to the company's business philosophy of "market above all, pursuing win-win, integrity as the foundation," combined with the company's annual business management objectives, we must further refine and decompose the target tasks, ensuring that responsibilities are assigned to individuals to ensure completion.

The procurement department should focus on team building. While adhering to their job responsibilities, procurement personnel should quickly improve their professional skills, especially their basic knowledge of materials; secondly, they should possess certain legal knowledge, be able to understand contract clauses, and understand contract application.

The planning and production department should implement node control according to the company's MMOG/LE planning process, ensure balanced production, maintain normal material rolling, and avoid unnecessary economic losses to the company caused by backlog or improper connection.

The quality control department should resolutely focus its work on the goal of "controlling all non-conforming products before production." It must resolutely prevent production with defects; for special batch production with defects, there must be control measures and closing time nodes, and timely warnings. It must also control defective products from the source, judging management level by the number of defective products.

In the new year, the R&D department will strive to continue to strengthen efforts in product innovation, technological improvement, and process stability. Through reasonable salary and performance reform and the full and effective use of existing resources, it will effectively improve the on-time pass rate of the first sample submission and effectively improve product development efficiency.

The procurement department will closely follow the work goal of "high quality and low price, win-win cooperation," and deeply understand and apply the 16-character work method of "technical procurement, two procurement parties, rigorous contracts, and high-quality suppliers"; it will strive to continuously optimize our procurement cycle and cost through open, fair, innovative, but stable procurement policies, and effectively improve the on-time pass rate of the first sample submission and the on-time pass rate of batch delivery.

It will resolutely implement the node management of various nodes in the MMOG/LE planning process, and further visualize and intelligentize each node.

In 2023, the production and manufacturing of the planning and production department will focus on the work goal of "guaranteed quality, quantity, and timeliness." The on-time delivery rate will be 100%, and the energy consumption assessment of each workshop will be resolutely implemented. Safety production work will be effectively carried out, with zero safety accidents! The implementation of 6S management in the production site and warehousing area will continue to be strengthened.

The implementation of the company's business management objectives depends on the wisdom and responsibility of grassroots cadres and all employees. As a representative of grassroots cadres, I am honored to speak on stage. In the new year, while ensuring the quality, quantity, and timely delivery of the workshop, we must severely crack down on energy consumption assessment, reduce costs and increase efficiency; we must do a good job in safety production, because safety is the greatest benefit! We must do a good job in daily node management, ensure the balanced and effective flow of materials between various processes, and resolutely prevent unnecessary waste! In the new year, the pre-treatment workshop will continue to consolidate the achievements of 6S management and strive to become a 6S benchmark unit again!

The past year was an extraordinary year for our class, and all tasks achieved their expected goals.
