“If you want to be strong, run! If you want to be beautiful, run! If you want to be smart, run!” These three famous sayings, inscribed on the rocks of Mount Elados in ancient Greece, constantly remind us of the significance of exercise. Life is a marathon, and we are all runners.

These three famous sayings, inscribed on the rocks of Mount Elados in ancient Greece, constantly remind us of the significance of exercise. Life is a marathon, and we are all runners!
Active Luoshi employees, passionate employees; happy life, accompanied by Luoshi! Creating a vibrant and healthy corporate culture that is unique, superior, innovative, and extraordinary is Luoshi's eternal pursuit. Physical health is the foundation of everything. Only by maintaining a vigorous and upward spirit and dedicating ourselves to work with a strong physique and high enthusiasm can Luoshi people create a happy life and a bright future.
To enrich employees' cultural and sports lives, promote their physical and mental health, showcase the positive image of Luoshi people, and enhance their physical fitness. Department heads should take the initiative to actively organize regular running activities for their team members.
Whether in the morning or evening, on the circular track in the factory area, the bright team flags, the neat teams, and the high-spirited slogans form a unique and beautiful landscape, giving people a positive and sunny visual experience.
A year's plan starts in spring, a day's plan starts in the morning. The morning sun is the most brilliant, starting a good day! Those who can seize the most precious morning are undoubtedly the best at utilizing time. Running not only enhances physical fitness but also invigorates the spirit and strengthens the will. This ensures better safety, quality, and efficiency in production processes; a healthy company needs healthy employees. Healthy exercise and the company are closely linked, creating efficient energy for the enterprise.
Luoshi's regular running activities not only enhance the team spirit, fighting spirit, and health awareness of all Luoshi people but also demonstrate the "healthy and sunny" spirit of Luoshi people. Health and life are so closely connected. This approach showcases the company's corporate culture, confidence, responsibility, sharing, motivation, health, and positive energy, promoting communication between the company and employees and deepening their sense of belonging.
In addition to implementing Luoshi's cultural philosophy, regular running allows for self-stress relief; through regular running, both mind and body experience double the joy, allowing for more enthusiastic dedication to the company's production and operation.
We often hear people say that although running is tiring, as long as you persevere, you will easily reach your target mileage. Regular running actually reflects our attitude towards work: we must work hard and accelerate! We must be united to go further and closer together!
The greatest spirit is "team spirit." The driving force of spirit comes from exercise, with full participation and shared benefits!
