Health is the greatest happiness for employees! A healthy physique is the cornerstone for meeting work challenges and a prerequisite for enjoying a better life. To enhance employee well-being and sense of fulfillment, and to ensure employees work in a healthy and safe physical state, eliminating unsafe factors from the source, Jiangsu Luoshi launched the "Caring for Employee Health, Striving to Be Health Experts" activity.
This activity is divided into two aspects: inviting hospital experts to the company for lectures; and measuring blood pressure for company employees.
On August 28, experts from the city's People's Hospital were invited to Luoshi Company to conduct first-aid knowledge training for Luoshi employees. The medical experts used simple and easy-to-understand language to explain common factory injury first-aid methods, the configuration and precautions for factory medicine boxes in the absence of a factory doctor; they also used a human model to demonstrate cardiopulmonary resuscitation first-aid methods on-site. After the training, blood pressure and blood sugar measurements were taken for the employees.
Employees said: "This emergency knowledge and operational guidelines are very useful to them; in daily life and work, if they encounter similar emergencies, the knowledge learned today will be put to use immediately."
While organizing medical experts to provide training at the company, Luoshi also specially purchased blood pressure monitors and conducted blood pressure measurements for all employees in batches. For personnel with abnormal measurement results, the company reminded employees to pay attention to self-care, early prevention, and early treatment.
Vibrant Luoshi, passionate employees; happy life, accompanied by Luoshi! Luoshi has always advocated the concept of "everyone is the first person responsible for their own health." The company organizes similar activities irregularly, aiming to gradually improve employees' self-rescue and mutual rescue capabilities and enhance their awareness of health and safety protection.
